It's very simple and transparent! Buyers and sellers apply for membership via the form above. Unless rejected due to any red flags or negative factors identified, the sellers' listings appear in our database (populated with information collected via the form + some enrichment) to which the buyers have access (though we're still working on an exact delivery format). Once they find a deal that matches their preferences, they apply to view the seller's contact information and reach out to negotiate a deal. If both parties agree, then the deal is made. We also encourage you to read our How it all works document, located in the Resources section below.

Important note: We don't touch the transaction or the money, and we don't charge transaction-based compensation.

Basically, anyone! We welcome all the owners, intermediaries, and buyers (both private and institutional).

This is probably the most important question a buyer can ask. Please read our Detailed listing criteria document, located in the Resources section below. We generally don't admit listings that don't meet the strict criteria and add a special label to the data submitted if it hasn't been verified (e.g., reported by the company without documentary proof). However, we should warn you that you're buying companies and assets here at your own risk and should put in additional effort to understand the listing before committing to any transaction.

For the moment, yes, it's totally free (i.e., no commissions, no fees, no strings attached), as we need to gain traction with the number of listings and buyers, and test the basic functionality. At some point, we will introduce a small monthly subscription fee (say, $49 per seat) for sellers (for keeping their listing) and buyers (for access to deals). However, we're fairly certain that we won't be charging commissions like other platforms (e.g., Acquire.com, Flippa.com), mainly because this would bring us under broker-dealer regulations, and we're in a different business. Thus, we expect to be able to maintain a significantly lower pricing than elsewhere.

Great question! We think you might be significantly better off by listing your company on our platform because a) it's free and you lose nothing, and b) you highly increase your verified buyer exposure, and this is the number 1 driver of a successful sale.

Great question as well! Even though you might have a rich PE deal flow, we think you'd still benefit from a) seeing even more deals, as we're big believers in that there's no such thing as enough deals, haha, and b) spending less time on vetting against the obvious high-level criteria (see our Detailed listing criteria document, located in the Resources section below).

Only we and the platform members (if you're a seller, you'll be visible to buyers, but not to other sellers, and vice versa). We'll introduce more granular privacy settings as we gear up.
